SWEAT: Kayla Itsines Fitness is a health & fitness app developed by The Bikini Body Training Company Pty Ltd. The app offers four weight-training programs created by fitness trainers Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells, Chontel Duncan, and Stephanie Sanzo. Each program meets a specific set of fitness goals, such as toning your muscles or losing fat. You can also find meal plans and grocery lists that will supplement a healthier lifestyle. You can share your progress, thoughts, and questions with other BBG girls in the SWEAT forum.

All-in-one fitness app 

The SWEAT app offers four gym-based programs that incorporate different styles of training: BBG, PWR, FIERCE, and BUILD. The main draw of the app is BBG Stronger, Kayla Itsines’ signature style of training. It combines high-intensity exercises and gym machines in a 28-minute workout routine. FIERCE is similar to BBG, but routines can last 25 to 45 minutes. PWR and BUILD, on the other hand, are two similar weight-training or bodybuilding workouts. SWEAT also considers the eating habits of BBG women

The Bikini Body H.E.L.P Recipe Guide is a built-in eBook with recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is important to note that the guide uses an Australian Metric System, so you will find that cups and grams will be the primary form of measurement. In addition, there are nutritional guides for each training program. Its most notable guide is the PWR post-pregnancy nutrition. Once you have selected your program, you can use the SWEAT Planner to schedule your workouts on a monthly basis. 

Each day you will find your steps, scheduled workouts, and summary of programs in a timeline view. Even at a glance, you will know your routine for the day as all workout categories are organized by color. Overall, SWEAT: Kayla Itsines Fitness is a comprehensive workout application that supports its users’ healthy lifestyles. It is more suitable for those that have been active and are looking for more workouts to challenge themselves.
